  I've used Calverts to do all of my house. Always liked the selection, the staff have been very helpful but the fitters....the fitters have totally let the company down. They fitted a carpet with a fault, told me it would rub out over a couple of weeks. I knew within a couple of days this wouldn't be the case. The carpet was checked and it was glue that had caused the damage. ( the fitters knew this but couldn't be bothered). I arrange a re fit, which the fitters didn't turn up. I cancelled plans for the following day, being told they would be with me by 10am. The fitter didn't show, it turns out he wanted to do the bigger job first. So, again I am sat waiting. I have wasted 3 days over fitting one bedroom carpet. I am so disappointed I won't use Calverts again. Purely because the fitters are unreliable.
